Alexander Perigot

11 maja Alexander Perigot z żoną Małgorzatą pojawił się po raz kolejny w Łodzi. Razem oglądali wybraną dla projektu Perigot przestrzeń w legendarnym dla Łodzian budynku dawnego Uniwersalu.

On the 11th of May Alexander Perigot with his wife Małgorzata came to Łódź once again. They were visiting the space, that Perigot chose for his project: in the legendary building of Uniwersal, a former shopping-center.

Alexandre Perigot odwiedził nas kolejny raz. Na miejsce instalacji
wybrał mały sklep obuwniczy, który mieści się w dawnym Domu Handlowym
"Uniwersal".

The artist Alexandre Perigot visited Lodz again! As a space for his
installation he chose a small shoe shop in the building of an
ex-supermarket "Uniwersal".

W czwartek 7 stycznia 2010 r. przyjechał do Łodzi Alexandre Perigot, francuski artysta zaproszony do udziału w Fokus Łódź Biennale. Perigot spędził Święta Bożego Narodzenia oraz Sylwester na Suwalszczyźnie, a następnie odwiedził Łódź i spacerował po przykrytej śniegiem ulicy Piotrkowskiej szukając miejsca na instalację na Biennale.

January 7, 2010, Alexander Perigot, visual artist from Paris, came to Lodz to find a space for his installation. Perigot spent Christmas and a New Year in Poland, in the Suwalki Region, and then visited Lodz and walked along the, completely covered with snow but still beautiful and inspiring, Piotrkowska Street.
